A Monthly Tracked User (MTU) is an end user that interacts with your Embeddable. This includes but is not limited to clicking or scrolling your Embeddable. If the user views the Embeddable but doesn't interact with it you are not charged for that user. If the same user returns multiple times on the same device, you are only charged once. MTU counts refresh every 30 days from your go live date.

You'll get access to a CRO expert via Slack or email that has worked on conversion flows built by everyone from startups to public companies. The exact CRO advice we give will be tailored to your stage and use case but here's a flavor of what to expect: Suggestions on question phrasing and order, Benchmarking data e.g. what's a good email sign-up rate, what's a good payment rate etc, target CPA/CPC, split tests to run (including setting them up for you), feedback on interstitials, feedback on market positioning, pricing and packaging benchmarks, lifecycle campaigns (what we see as best practice, help setting them up etc.) and more.

We ask for a credit card on file before allowing a push to production. You're charged as soon as you make your Embeddable available for use by end users. We charge monthly on that date and repeat the charge very 30 calendar days thereafter.

Most companies pay month-month and are free to leave at the end of their billing cycle. For Enterprise clients we offer a formal contract and annual terms.

If you're a pre-seed or early stage company not focussed on growth then we recommend the starter plan. If you're funded, running ads or otherwise have growth as a focus, we recommend the growth plan as it's built to replace the need for a $6k/mo growth engineer.
